Jennifer (Jenn) Petersen is a creative and visionary leader, communicator, and Wesleyan ordained minister. Before joining World Hope she served as Director of Mobilization in New York City for the International Justice Mission, as well as Director of Church Mobilization in the Northeast. She and her husband, Branden, are co-founders of Resurrection Life NYC, a multi-ethnic congregation on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. She also is an avid singer/songwriter and worship leader. Jenn is passionate about justice, spiritual formation, and unleashing people to become who they were created to be. In her free time, you can find Jenn exploring NYC, reading, writing, making music, or doing anything creative (like renovating a cottage in the woods). Jenn holds a Master of Divinity from Wesley Seminary and a Bachelor of Music from the University of Northern Iowa. She resides in Manhattan with her husband, two college-aged children, and their dog Charlie Parker.
